Sounds to activate energy

The Tibetan and Quartz Bowls activate the energy in our body and mind; creating balance and harmony. Tibetan bowls are made of seven metals and are related to seven planets, the seven musical notes, and the seven fundamental chakras. Each bowl corresponds to one or two musical notes, also projects five basic sounds and a series of harmonics, sometimes inaudible, that act powerfully cleaning, activating and harmonizing our internal systems.
